Plans, Guides and Job-Aids

As an Instructional Designer, my main focus is to provide comprehensive support for our trainers. I understand the importance of creating visually appealing materials that enhance the learning experience for our learners. From captivating graphics to clear instructions, every aspect of the job aids I create is carefully designed to assist learners effortlessly.

My goal goes beyond designing facilitator guides and visually engaging materials. I also aim to ensure that our trainers have the necessary resources and tools to deliver impactful training sessions. This may involve developing interactive presentations, designing engaging activities, or implementing innovative technology solutions.
